We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Project Officer (Annual Report) to support the coordination, preparation, and publication of our Annual Report. In this temporary role, you will work closely with the Integrated Planning & Reporting and Communications & Marketing teams to collect, review, and format content, ensuring high-quality output delivered within statutory and organizational deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end Annual Report activities, milestone tracking, and documentation systems.
Monitor and manage the Annual Report inbox, SharePoint sites, and document libraries.
Engage and follow up with internal stakeholders, Directors, and Managers across the organisation to collect reporting content.
Review, proofread, and apply copy editing amendments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness prior to publication.
Provide key administrative and project support to meet integrated planning obligations and corporate goals.
Adhere to all organizational Work Health and Safety (WHS), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and environmental sustainability standards.
Key Requirements
Relevant Degree qualifications in an appropriate field and/or solid equivalent working experience in a similar capacity.
Demonstrated experience in corporate/integrated planning, reporting, performance measurement, and document delivery.
Exceptional attention to detail with proven proofreading, editing, and quality assurance skills.
Advanced computer skills, with experience administering and supporting users in corporate software systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across a diverse organisation.
High-level time management skills with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
Desirable:
Experience within the NSW Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) framework.
Experience preparing Annual Reports within Local Government.
Broad local government or large-organisation business planning background.
