Our client is seeking an experienced Project Administrator worked across their multiple projects.
About You:
- Proven construction works or similar administration experience
- Experience in administration and knowledge of construction industry practices
- Experience using JobPac or similar costing system (highly desirable)
- Proven knowledge and fluency with using relevant MS Software.
- Current drivers licence
- White Card
About the Role:
- General site office administration as required
- Preparation, collation & management of weekly payroll reporting
- Implement agreed project financial and cost control processes.
- Manage of all Purchase orders and Invoices
- Assist with timely monthly financial reporting
- Manage Sub Contractor compliance
