Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished PMO and Business Delivery Coordinator who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. About your new role
The PMO and Business Delivery Coordinator is tasked with coordinating end-to-end delivery functions across program governance, project delivery, business analysis, and product release management. Reporting to the Executive Operating Officer, the role supports delivery leads through every stage of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
Key responsibilities include managing governance artifacts and RAID logs, executing release management activities (such as Go/No-Go gateways and deployment coordination), delivering secretariat support, and maintaining collaboration hubs like SharePoint and Confluence

What you will need to exceed
... - Proven background supporting projects from initiation and planning through to delivery, product release, and closure.
- Experience coordinating release cycles, including release scheduling, quality assurance testing, Go/No-Go decision processes, and post-implementation reviews.
- Hands-on experience maintaining project schedules and RAID registers (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions, and Change Requests).
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, MS Planner, SharePoint, and the broader Microsoft 365 suite.
- Ability to build or maintain dashboards using Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality governance papers, status reports, and meeting minutes.
