Your New Role:
In your role as the People and Culture Advisor you will sit within an established and supportive team, with a primary focus on employee relations and proactive coaching and support. Your duties will include:
Your Main Duties:
- Support leaders across the entire employee life cycle using company policies and frameworks.
- Lead core HR activities including performance, remuneration, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
- Provide constructive advice on workplace relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and performance issues.
- Assist with enterprise agreement negotiations, industrial relations strategies, and workforce communications.
- Deliver accurate reporting on headcount, compliance, metrics, and overall business performance.

About You:
- Experience in a similar employee relations, HR role
