Your New Role:
In your role as the HR Advisor, you will report to a supportive and strategic HR Manager, with a primary focus on people development, HR processes and associate services. Your duties will include:
Your Main Duties:
- Deliver core HR support by guiding staff, managing records, and updating company policies.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, agency communication, prepare employment contracts, and manage onboarding and training.
- Facilitate employee development by coordinating probation, performance, and salary reviews.
- Support Work Health and Safety compliance while analysing workforce data for HR reports.
- Promote and embed the organisation's values across all People & Culture practices.
