About the Role

As the Paid Search Specialist, you will blend analytical precision with creative strategy. Reporting closely to the Integrated Media and Effectiveness Lead, you will take charge of planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact paid search campaigns acros across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

Your primary focus will be driving measurable results, capturing high-quality traffic, and continuously improving ROI through data-driven insights.

This is a 12 month contract initially with high potential to extend and go permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: End-to-end planning, setup, launch, and management of Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

  • Strategic Optimization: Develop and manage structured approaches across Brand, Generic, and Competitor strategies.

  • Continuous Improvement: Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, strategic bid adjustments, and in-depth performance analysis.

  • Insights & Reporting: Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform strategy, while managing ongoing and quarterly business reports.

  • Creative Collaboration: Support campaign copywriting aligned with brand tone , brief the Paid Social Specialist on creative needs , and collaborate with the wider team to align SEO and content strategies.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

  • Platform Expertise: Strong, current knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and keyword tools.

  • Technical Savvy: Deep familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and audience creation.

  • Attributes: An analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and great time management.
