Key Responsibilities
  • Site Merchandising: Manage product placement, collection curation, navigation, and on-site search across multiple Shopify storefronts to maximise revenue per session.
  • Content & Campaign Uploads: Build and publish Product Detail Pages (PDPs), landing pages, digital banners, blog content, and email assets, ensuring all output is brand-aligned, mobile-first, and conversion-optimised.
  • Promotional Execution: Deploy sales, promo codes, bundles, gift-with-purchase initiatives, and sitewide campaigns accurately and on schedule across diverse regional markets.
  • New Product Launches (NPD): Coordinate the on-site execution of new product developments, partnering closely with brand, creative, copy, and supply chain teams to hit strict go-live dates.
  • Trade Reporting & Analytics: Own the delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly trade reporting to surface what is driving revenue, what isn't, and what strategic changes should be implemented next.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Brief and quality-assure (QA) A/B tests, identify drop-off points throughout the purchase funnel, and recommend swift, data-driven fixes.
  • Site Health & QA: Proactively audit storefronts across all international markets to catch and resolve broken links, pricing errors, out-of-stock visibility issues, and content anomalies.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with paid media, email marketing (EDM), retention, creative, and supply chain teams to keep the D2C ecosystem moving smoothly.

The Ideal Profile
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in an ecommerce coordinator or executive role, ideally within a fast-paced D2C consumer goods environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify (Shopify Plus experience is highly advantageous), including a solid grasp of merchandising, metafields, basic theme editing, and the platform's discount engine.
  • Confident navigating ecommerce analytics suites including GA4, Shopify Analytics, and at least one BI or data-aggregation tool (such as Triple Whale, Looker, or Glew).
  • Possesses an uncompromising eye for quality; typos, broken links, or misaligned visual banners are simply not shipped on their watch.
  • Comfortable working across multiple international markets, differing time zones, and varied stakeholder groups.
  • Understands that every page layout, collection order, and product image functions as a lever for the business's bottom line.
  • Experience with leading D2C marketing and review tools like Klaviyo, Judge.me, or Yotpo is highly regarded. Exposure to Amazon Seller Central or TikTok Shop is considered a strong bonus.
