An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and Return to Work (RTW) Administrator to join a local Geelong organization.
This temporary position focuses on providing crucial administrative support to ensure workplace safety compliance and smooth injury management processes. It is well-suited for a highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain OHS documentation, incident logs, and safety registers.
Assist with case filing, documentation, and tracking return-to-work plans.
Provide general administrative support to the safety and risk teams as required.
Ensure clear, sensitive, and professional communication with all internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a dedicated OHS, RTW, or high-level compliance administrative role.
Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite and data entry management.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing workflows.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to start immediately and commit to the duration of the temporary assignment.
