Title: Office Administrator | Accounts Payable & Project Support
Randstad is excited to be supporting our valued business partner, a market leader in electrical project solutions, to source an organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator.
About the Role In this full-time, on-site role (Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm), you will work directly alongside a Project Manager to provide critical administrative and financial support. Your primary focus will be coordinating Accounts Payable processes, managing contract administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, accurately sorting and forwarding invoices to the Project Manager.
Reconcile AP invoices against project data and maintain accurate records.
Assist the Project Manager with invoicing processes and contract management.
Apply problem-solving skills to resolve supplier and invoice discrepancies promptly.
Provide ad-hoc office administrative support as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in office administration with Accounts Payable exposure.
Practical proficiency in using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work full-time on-site during specified business hours.
What is Offered
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 p.a.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (predictable working hours).
