Randstad is excited to be supporting our valued business partner, a market leader in the Brisbane building and construction sector, to source a dedicated and proactive Accounts Payable Administrator for an initial 6-month temporary role.

What You’ll Be Doing
Accounts Payable: Manage end-to-end invoice entry and processing using Xero and BuilderTrend.
Reconciliations: Perform regular credit card statement reconciliations within Xero.
Time sheet Management: Accurately transfer site and staff timesheet data from BuilderTrend into Xero.
General Administration: Assist with invoice queries and verify line items to maintain clean accounts.
What We Are Looking For
Prior experience in an Accounts Payable or general finance support role.
Previous exposure to Xero is highly regarded (training on BuilderTrend and Xero processes will be provided).
Familiarity with construction or trade materials is beneficial, but not required,a practical, resourceful mindset is key.
High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and an organised approach.
Immediate availability to begin work on Mondays and Tuesdays (8 hours per day / 16 hours per week).
Flexible Working Setup & Location
Our client is currently transitioning between sites across Inner South Brisbane (moving toward the Mount Gravatt area). During this lease setup period, you will enjoy dynamic working arrangements, including options for temporary office bases or working from home as confirmed.
