This is an ongoing casual position with potential to transition into a permanent role, offering modern fleet vehicles, strong safety standards, and reliable shift schedules. 💥
📍 Shift Options Available:
🌙 Option 1: 12:00 AM (Midnight) Start — Monday to Friday
🌅 Option 2: 2:00 AM Start — Tuesday to Saturday
🛠️ What Does the Job Look Like?
🚛 Delivery & Distribution: Transporting essential goods to retail stores and major distribution centres across Southern Brisbane metro and regional Queensland routes.
🔄 Vehicle Operations: Managing trailer shuttles, changeovers, dock deliveries, and highway operations.
📦 Manual Handling: Performing safe and responsible manual handling as required during store deliveries.
🛡️ Safety & Compliance: Operating within strict fatigue management guidelines, adhering to safe loading practices, and conducting pre-start vehicle checks.
🎯 What You Need (Essential Criteria):
🪪 Licence: Current and valid Multi Combination (MC) driver's licence.
🗺️ Local Knowledge: Solid familiarity with Southern Brisbane metro, regional routes, and distribution hubs.
✅ Safety Focus: Proven history of safe work practices and a commitment to zero-harm standards.
💬 Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong customer service mindset, and a proactive attitude.
