Randstad is partnering with a market-leading national supply chain provider in Parkinson to recruit for HC Truck Drivers for ongoing metro and regional runs! As peak retail volume builds, we have immediate openings across flexible shift windows with attractive penalty rates. 💥
💰 Shift Windows & Pay Rates:
🌅 Early Morning Shifts: $45.56 / hr
☀️ Afternoon Shifts: $47.22 / hr
🌙 Evening/Night Shifts: $51.36 / hr
💵 Base Ordinary Rate: $41.42 / hr
🗓️ Roster Flexibility: Work options across Monday–Friday with high demand for weekend shifts (Saturdays are the biggest volume days of the week!).
🛠️ The Role:
🚛 Transport Operations: Transporting multi-temperature retail goods (ambient, chilled, and freezer stock) across Southern Brisbane metro and regional store/DC networks.
🔄 Vehicle & Dock Handling: Operating tugs, trailer coupling/uncoupling, reversing into tight store docks, and performing responsible manual handling.
🎯 What You Bring:
🪪 Licence & Experience: Valid Heavy Combination (HC) Licence with at least 1 year of HC driving experience.
🗺️ Local Knowledge: Sound geographical knowledge of the Southern Brisbane metro area and major transport routes.
🛡️ Safety Focus: Strong safety focus and a proven history of safe work practices.
❄️ Bonus Skills: Refrigerated transport and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience is highly regarded.
