HC Truck Drivers | Parkinson | Flexible Shifts

Randstad is partnering with a market-leading national supply chain provider in Parkinson to recruit 5x HC Truck Drivers for ongoing metro and regional runs. As peak retail volume builds, we have immediate openings across flexible shift windows with attractive penalty rates.

Shift Windows & Pay Rates:

• Early Morning Shifts: $45.56 / hr

• Afternoon Shifts: $47.22 / hr

• Evening/Night Shifts: $51.36 / hr

• Base Ordinary Rate: $41.42 / hr

• Roster Flexibility: Work options across Monday–Friday with high demand for weekend shifts—Saturdays are the biggest volume days of the week.

The Role:

• Transporting multi-temperature retail goods (ambient, chilled, and freezer stock) across Southern Brisbane metro and regional store/DC networks.

• Operating tugs, trailer coupling/uncoupling, reversing into tight store docks, and performing responsible manual handling.

• Paid 1-day site induction followed by 2 fully supported buddy shifts to get you up to speed smoothly.

What You Bring:

• Valid Heavy Combination (HC) License with at least 1 year of HC driving experience.

• Sound geographical knowledge of the Southern Brisbane metro area and major transport routes.

• Strong safety focus and a proven history of safe work practices.

• Refrigerated transport and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience is highly regarded.

• Willingness to complete standard pre-employment checks (national criminal history check, full medical, and drug & alcohol screen).
