...Mastering the Machines: Independently running food processing equipment.
Quality First: Making sure every product meets the mark—you're the one spotting and fixing any hiccups!
Part of the Crew: Working shoulder-to-shoulder with other operators to nail the production schedule.
Keeping it Clean: Taking pride in keeping the plant and equipment spotless.
All-Rounder: Stepping in for general processing and packaging when the team needs you most.
We run 24 hours, which means consistent work for you! But you must be ready to work this weekly rotating shift pattern. It takes commitment, but it’s how we get the job done:
