About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Bin or Dump Truck Operator to join our team for ongoing work.
Have truck driving experience but haven’t operated a site dump truck before? No problem! We will train you. If you have solid heavy vehicle driving experience and a great work ethic, we’ll help you pick up the machine skills.
Key Responsibilities
Safe operation of site dump trucks (and/or bin trucks).
Assisting with site maintenance, including plant shoveling and minor operational upkeep.
Adhering to all site safety protocols, regulations, and pre-start checks.
Working collaboratively with the site team to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Proven experience driving trucks (Bin truck, HR/HC licence, or similar heavy vehicle background).
Flexibility: Comfortable working a full-time schedule of 5–6 days a week (55–60 hours).
Attitude: A hands-on, proactive approach—willing to step out of the cab to help with shoveling and minor plant maintenance when needed.
Bonus: Additional plant operation experience (e.g., excavators, loaders) is a huge advantage!
