• Lead Site initiatives that generate value, reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Maintain the Site core Engineered Standards activities, audits and reports.
• Lead and facilitate process improvement-based working groups to drive ideas and solutions for the site.
• Influence change within State Logistics Manager, Operations Managers and Warehouse Supervisors.
• Primary Link between State and National Teams for improvement initiatives.
• Be a key and trusted member of the site operations leadership team.
• Work constructively and collaboratively with colleagues and peers within the team.
• Project manage the implementation and execution of process changes within the Warehouse.
• Using data, identify trends and opportunities within the operation that will be shared with the site leadership team.
• Lead the development and implementation of ‘’best practice” processes and align operations to national preferred
• methods.
• Track and report on savings generated or costs avoided through process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Experience in logistics and warehousing (essential)
• SAP experience
• Excellent attention to detail and able to multitask
• Strong coordination, scheduling and monitoring skills
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
