As the Logistics Coordinator, you will support daily freight operations and learn to manage end-to-end supply chain processes. Working closely with experienced Operations and After-Sales teams, overseas offices, and global transport partners, you will keep shipments moving smoothly while delivering great support to clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Help coordinate domestic and international freight movements, assisting with shipping documentation and updating internal tracking records.
- Provide professional customer support via phone and email, answering enquiries and sharing timely shipment updates.
- Assist the After-Sales team with preparing customer quotations, managing client details, and completing administrative tasks.
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels and assist with packing light-weight local shipments as needed.
- Work with senior team members to troubleshoot delivery issues, find practical solutions, and keep internal systems up to date.
- Collaborate across teams and external suppliers to deliver reliable, high-quality freight support in a fast-paced environment.

About You
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain administration.
- Proven track record of owning and resolving logistics problems end to end through root-cause analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate and drive stakeholders under time pressure.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
