As the Logistics Coordinator, you will own the day-to-day order and dispatch process for machinery spare parts. Working closely with our Operations and After-Sales teams, you will manage shipments end-to-end, taking customer orders, preparing quotes, packing items, and dispatching orders via local couriers to keep our clients moving smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Take spare parts orders directly from customers via phone and email, providing helpful support and delivery updates.
- Prepare customer quotations, raise Purchase Orders (POs), and keep internal system records accurate.
- Pick, pack, and prepare spare parts shipments for dispatch from the warehouse.
- Liaise with international warehouse to coordinate parts not stocked in local warehouse.
- Coordinate directly with local transport partners (such as StarTrack and DHL) to schedule pickups and track deliveries.
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and troubleshoot minor shipping delays as they arise.
- Work collaboratively across teams to deliver reliable, high-quality spare parts support in a fast-paced environment.

About You
- 3 + years of hands-on experience in a logistics, warehouse coordination, or dispatch role
- Practical, end-to-end experience taking phone/email orders, raising POs, creating quotes, and packing physical goods.
- Direct experience booking and coordinating with local couriers (e.g., StarTrack, DHL, or similar carrier portals).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-friendly attitude and great attention to detail.
- Full working rights in Australia.
