• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for various IT application upgrade projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Application, IT Infrastructure, and business domains to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while producing regular status reports for senior executive stakeholders.
• Oversee comprehensive testing phases including unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare submissions for governance forums, such as the Project Review Board, ensuring compliance with quality standards and smooth business transition.

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in delivering complex application solutions across the full project lifecycle using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• High proficiency in project management and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams with minimal direction.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, alongside industry certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agile, or ITIL knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management, third-party consultant coordination, and financial stage-gate submissions.
