On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Integration Specialist to lead the technical translation and execution of a comprehensive enterprise integration strategy. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer who excels at bridging the gap between high-level business objectives and robust technical architecture.
The successful candidate will act as the primary engine for integration delivery, taking ownership of the full lifecycle—from initial stakeholder discovery to the delivery of "review-ready" technical solutions.
Role Objective
The core focus of this position is the transformation of complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing implementations using iPaaS platforms. We need a "self-starter" who can define the "how" of an implementation with minimal oversight.
You will be expected to operate independently, engaging both technical and non-technical teams to uncover requirements and managing tasks until they are ready for final sign-off by the lead Data Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Design & Workflow Translation: Analyze business needs and convert them into sophisticated technical designs and automated integration workflows.
Proactive Discovery: Independently facilitate meetings with Application SMEs to identify critical endpoints, data schemas, and authentication protocols for various source and target systems.
End-to-End Implementation: Build, configure, and automate seamless integrations between enterprise applications using modern iPaaS tools.
Quality Assurance & Peer Review: Maintain high standards by submitting all technical designs and completed workflows to the Data Architect for review, ensuring strict alignment with the global data strategy.
Complex Data Transformation: Define and execute intricate data mapping and transformation logic to maintain data integrity across disparate environments.
Validation & Testing: Lead the technical testing phase, collaborating with SMEs to validate that data flows accurately and fulfills the original business intent.
Technical Qualifications
Platform Expertise
iPaaS Proficiency: Extensive experience with enterprise-grade integration platforms. Direct experience with Boomi or Workato is highly preferred.
Standard Protocols: Advanced command of REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
Security: Deep understanding of complex authentication flows, specifically OAuth 2.0.
Systems & Coding
Enterprise Ecosystems: Hands-on experience extracting technical requirements and integrating systems such as JD Edwards, Avature, or Ascender.
Data & Scripting: Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy, or Python) to handle custom transformation logic.
