Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with key business objectives and senior leadership goals.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, providing coaching to hiring managers and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Expertly manage complex employee relations, including investigations, performance management, and ensuring full compliance with the Fair Work Act and relevant legislation.
- Culture: Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture by coaching leaders and coordinating reward and recognition programs.
- Operational Support: Oversee HR legislative compliance, manage reporting requirements, and provide mentorship to the broader HR team.
Essential Experience
- Extensive experience in HR service delivery within a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated expertise in Fair Work Act interpretation and industrial relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and experience with HRIS/Payroll systems.
- Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
