About the Role Are you an administrative professional with an eagle eye for detail? Do you love keeping systems organized and ensuring everything is in its right place?

We are seeking a proactive Governance Officer to join our client's Risk & Assurance team on a part-time contract basis. Reporting directly to the Risk Management & Quality Assurance Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of their compliance systems and centralized policy library.

This role offers incredible work-life balance, allowing you to choose the days and hours that suit your schedule, provided you spend at least two days a week collaborating with the team in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy & Document Control: Administer the centralized library, managing version control, document formatting, publishing, and archiving.
  • Workflow Management: Monitor document review cycles and ensure company policies stay current.
  • System Administration: Manage user access, accounts, and action reassignments within our Compliance and Audit Management System (RelianSys).
  • Reporting & Follow-Ups: Run regular compliance/audit reports and professional follow-up on overdue actions with internal stakeholders.
  • User Support: Act as the first point of contact for internal staff needing basic tech support with RelianSys.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to optimize and streamline our document management processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Detail-Oriented: You spot typos and formatting inconsistencies from a mile away.
  • Tech-Savvy Admin: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
  • Great Communicator: Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to chase up outstanding actions politely but firmly.
  • Organized & Efficient: Ability to manage workflows and administrative tasks accurately without needing to be micromanaged.
  • Experience with RelianSys or similar compliance/audit software is a major bonus, but not mandatory!
