This temporary position involves highly repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with limited engagement. The primary responsibility is to transfer content from existing documents into new templates, ensure consistent formatting, and potentially migrate documents to a new system or location. The scope includes handling hundreds of documents that cannot be reliably configured using AI tools.
Initial Contract Period: 3–6 months (with potential for extension)
Key Attributes
- Proactive and task-focused approach
- Strong understanding of document control and information management, particularly controlled documents
- Technical writing experience (desirable)
- Ability to support and engage with teams, users, and customers
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Collaborative team player
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio)
- Comfortable working with Adobe PDF
- Experience with Aconex (desirable)
- Familiarity with SharePoint
