Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of comprehensive asset plans, complex annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Manage property revenues, monitor outgoings/reconciliations, track capital expenditure, and actively identify value-add opportunities.
Oversee property inspections, safety, maintenance, and service contracts. Lead the implementation of site sustainability projects, ensuring accurate data collection and compliance with Australian standards.
Support owners with strategic leasing, negotiate lease terms, manage rent reviews, variations, and surrenders, and oversee tenant compliance, bank guarantees, and arrears.
Direct, coach, and develop a dedicated onsite team. Manage workloads, succession planning, and performance checks to foster a high-performing workplace culture.
Ensure full adherence to WHS, public liability, essential services, and Knight Frank risk and compliance standards.
Act as the key contact for clients, tenants, and contractors. Build strong relationships, maintain tenant retention programs, and identify cross-selling opportunities across the organisation.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in senior Asset/Property Management, building operations and lease negotiations
Relevant degree (highly desired)
Valid Certificate of Registration (salesperson)
Deep knowledge of property management, retail lease legislation, building operations, accrual accounting, complex budgeting, and procurement tender processes.
Strong financial management skills
