They are now seeking a meticulous Finishes Foreman to drive the fit-out and final delivery stages of a landmark $400m+ luxury apartment development. If you possess an uncompromising eye for detail, outstanding subcontractor management skills, and a passion for delivering flawless architectural finishes, this role offers the perfect platform to showcase your expertise within a high-performing, dynamic team.
The Role
- Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
- Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
- Excellent build knowledge and people management
- We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required
Experience/Qualifications Required
...
- Minimum 5 year's proven experience for a head contractor in Australia in the tier 1/2 space.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).
- Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects
- Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.
