• Navigating CRM platforms - experience with Salesforce or similar systems is highly regarded.
• Collaborating with supportive, high-energy teams to share best practices and continuous improvement ideas.

What We Look For

• Previous experience in an inbound call center, high-volume customer service, or retail/hospitality environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• High reliability and commitment during initial training and peak operating periods.
