Customer Service Representative (Temporary Full-Time)
Location: Richmond, VIC (Hybrid options available following initial training)
Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour + 12% Superannuation
Work Type: Temporary Full-Time 6 months

Key Dates & Attendance
- In-Person Assessment Centre: Tuesday, September 2nd
- Commencement Date: Monday, September 21st
- Mandatory Training: Must be fully available for a 6-week full-time training program on-site at the Richmond office (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Unplanned leave during this period cannot be accommodated.
Workplace Flexibility & Roster
- Operating Hours: Full-time rotating roster between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Balance: No weekends and standard public holidays off.
- Hybrid Work: Hybrid options (e.g., 3–4 days working from home) become available following the initial on-site onboarding period.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls (up to 80 calls per day) and digital inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
- Deliver high-quality customer support while consistently meeting team benchmarks (handle times, quality assurance).
- Navigate CRM platforms (experience with Salesforce or similar systems is highly regarded).
- Collaborate with supportive, high-energy team members to share best practices.
What We Look For
- Previous experience in an inbound contact center, high-volume customer service, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- High reliability and commitment, especially during initial training and peak operating periods.
- Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia with full-time work capability (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid full-time visa).
- Background Checks: Willingness to undergo standard background checks (Police Check and Drug & Alcohol screening).
