Are you an experienced Early Childhood leader ready to step off the floor and drive operational excellence? A state-of-the-art, large-scale service in Shoalwater, WA is seeking an exceptional Center Manager to oversee daily operations.
Supported by a dedicated management team and dedicated office administrative support, you will focus on leadership,manage daily operations of the service, educational oversight, and team development within an environment boasting an abundance of modern resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a large, high-performing early learning service.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team of passionate educators.
- Ensure full compliance with NQS, EYLF, and state regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster strong community and family partnerships.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher/ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Leadership: Proven experience managing large teams within early learning services.
- Compliance: Up-to-date compliance portfolio (Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications).
- Mandatory reporting training ( Gekko training)
- Skills: Strong operational acumen, clear communication, and a passion for quality care.
