Your New Role
Based in Macquarie Park, you'll join a collaborative and established customer service team within a successful international organisation offering great benefits, genuine career development and the opportunity to become a specialist in an iconic product range. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll combine exceptional customer care with problem-solving and technical product knowledge, supporting customers with product faults, repairs and servicing.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting customers via phone and email with product, repair and servicing enquiries.
- Troubleshooting product concerns and gathering the right information to identify potential faults.
- Coordinating repairs, technical assessments and servicing through to resolution.
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process and clearly explaining outcomes.
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience from initial enquiry through to resolution.

About You
- Previous customer service, call centre, contact centre or order processing experience.
- Experience within medical devices, electronics, technology, appliances, telecommunications or another technical product environment would be highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and simply.
- Full Australian working rights.
