Randstad is servicing an agency in the Transport sector to find talented Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team in Leongatha
We are looking for experienced, energetic and passionate customer service representatives looking to become part of a friendly and collaborative team on a full time basis.25-38 rostered hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-16:30 with occasional opportunities for Saturday Over Time.

Duties will include but not limited to:
... - Responding to a high volume of customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner face to face or via phone and email
- You will be the first point of contact and be expected to assist customers in completing their registration and licensing queries
- Obtaining and deciphering a variety of complex information from customers while simultaneously using a range of systems
- Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, issuing written correspondence, scheduling appointments, processing customer requests under the company procedures and policies
- Conducting driver licenses tests and assessing candidates
To be successful you will have:
- Proven experience working in a fast paced face to face customer service environments
- A strong level of resilience, ability to work with KPI’s
- Excellent time management
- Proven good accountability and time management
- The ability to work with a team and multi-task
*Must have a full Australian Drivers License.
*Must be double vaccinated
