show moreOur client, a well-established and growing waste management company based in Ravenhall, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead their busy Customer Service team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader who is passionate about developing people, driving team performance and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 Customer Service Representatives, ensuring the team consistently delivers outstanding service while meeting operational and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of 10 Customer Service Representatives.
- Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service department.
- Manage escalated customer enquiries and provide effective resolutions.
- Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Sales and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct performance reviews, training and ongoing development.
- Drive a positive, high-performing team culture.
About You
- Previous experience managing a Customer Service team is essential.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
- Experience within the waste, transport, logistics or industrial services industry is highly regarded but not essential.
