Key Responsibilities:

• Be the central point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and responding to customer enquiries and resolving problems promptly.
• Assisting in customer maintenance works, escalating where necessary.
• Perform essential administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, contractor management and compliance.
• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry

• A positive, energetic, and customer focused mindset - ability to liaise with trades people.
• Strong attention to detail and able to accurately enter data.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Taking initiative to assist in daily office operations, filling gaps where needed.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar environment or administrative position.
• Experience in Bookkeeping/Xero/MYOB would be an advantage.
