Customer Service Administrator Duties
- Customer service and administration assistance
- Scheduling and diary management for internal and external stakeholders
- Greeting customers and company partners
- Electronic data management and filing
- Drive and support company and customer goals with initiative
- Phone and email correspondence
The successful candidate will
- Demonstrate high competency in administration, including proficiency with MS Suite
- Have previous experience collaborating within a team
- Be driven, with a positive attitude and enjoy keeping busy
