Randstad's procurement, contracts & supply chain team are currently partnering with Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance (ACHA), a leading not-for-profit private healthcare network in South Australia, seeking an experienced Contracts & Supplier Performance Business Partner.
This is a commercial governance role at the centre of ACHA's newly established, independent Procurement & Supply function. You'll own the contract lifecycle from execution through to renewal and expiry, administer supplier KPI and performance review frameworks, and manage insurance, compliance certification and Modern Slavery Act obligations across ACHA's supplier base.
This role would suit a detail-oriented contract management or commercial governance professional from either the public or private sector who is comfortable operating in a period of genuine organisational change and comes with a competitive salary and NFP salary sacrifice benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Administering the end-to-end contract lifecycle - creation, execution, storage, renewal and expiry tracking - for supplier agreements within the Evisort contract management system.
- Leading the establishment, transition, novation or renewal of ACHA-specific supplier agreements previously administered by Healthscope, prioritising contracts nearing expiry or highest supply risk.
- Establishing and maintaining supplier KPI frameworks, scorecards and business review schedules, and leading or supporting structured supplier performance reviews.
- Maintaining insurance and compliance certificate registers - including public liability, professional indemnity and workers compensation - and following up expired or non-compliant certification.
- Administering ACHA's Modern Slavery Act compliance program, including supplier due diligence, risk assessment and reporting support.
- Partnering with the Senior Procurement Business Partner and Procurement Business Partner throughout sourcing activity, reviewing commercial and legal terms and escalating material risks.
- Identifying and escalating contractual, compliance and supplier performance risks, including single-source dependencies and non-conformances.
- Supporting Workday and Evisort implementation and maintaining data integrity across contract and supplier records.
- Substantial experience in contract management, commercial administration, supplier performance management or a related governance role within a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, execution, renewal, novation and repository administration.
- Experience establishing and administering supplier KPI frameworks, scorecards and structured business review processes.
- Sound understanding of commercial contract terms, including pricing mechanisms, service levels, warranties, indemnities, insurance, liability and termination provisions.
- Working knowledge of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and supplier due diligence practices is highly regarded.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, particularly Evisort, or comparable platforms - Workday experience also highly regarded.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel flexibly between ACHA's new Adelaide city headquarters, hospital sites and Distribution Centre as required.
- Willingness to work largely onsite, although ad hoc flexibility/WFH is available in agreement with management.
