Are you an experienced Public Practice Administrator ( accountancy) looking to elevate your career into a high-ownership, operations-focused role?
Our client—a dynamic and growing professional services firm based in Geelong—is seeking a proactive Client Service Administrator - Accounting to join their close-knit administration team on a full-time basis. Working directly with Partners and key stakeholders, you will own the end-to-end client on boarding journey, coordinate partner workflows, and manage essential agency lodgements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry administrator who wants to pivot their skills, take real ownership of firm processes, and naturally progress as the business continues to expand.
Client On boarding: Lead the client on boarding process from start to finish, collecting and validating client identity data, setting up system profiles, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Workflow Scheduling: Assist Partners by coordinating, scheduling, and tracking practice workflows to meet key deadlines.
Agency & Compliance Liaison: Regularly communicate with the ATO and ASIC regarding client tax processes, corporate compliance, and basic account updates.
Platform & System Management: Utilise modern cloud platforms daily (including Xero, XPM, and document management tools) to maintain accurate client records and streamline processes.
Partner & Administrative Support: Provide dedicated administrative support to Partners and work alongside an experienced EA team to maintain smooth daily practice operations.
Public Practice Background: Previous administrative experience within a public practice accounting firm.
Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in Xero and practice management platforms, with an appetite for learning and implementing tech solutions.
Agency Knowledge: Familiarity with ATO tax agent portals and ASIC compliance processes.
Career-Minded: Driven by growth, highly organised, and motivated to progress your career into practice workflow management.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-first approach.
