About the Opportunity
Are you a proactive administrative and operational support professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a reliable and dynamic Branch Administrator to join a market-leading equipment hire business based in Yatala.
This permanent, full-time position provides critical operational and administrative support across the entire hire lifecycle, from order scheduling and system entry to equipment maintenance coordination and client service. Working within a supportive team environment, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining exceptional safety standards, and delivering high-level service to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management & Scheduling: Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of specialised systems. Enter hire contracts and quotes, confirm orders prior to dispatch, and manage contract closures and invoicing.
- System & Record Management: Accurately update and maintain contract and equipment records in the internal CRM system, ensuring complete reporting alignment with company policies.
- Equipment Handling & Maintenance: Receipt returned equipment, conduct routine functionality tests, arrange repairs/replacements, and ensure strict operational quality standards are met.
- Site Support & Customer Service: Provide high-level, professional service to clients; assist with site deliveries and equipment setup as needed.
- Continuous Improvement & WHS: Diligently adhere to all WHS procedures and workplace safety instructions. Identify process improvements to boost overall operational efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience
- Autonomy & Ownership: Proven ability to manage jobs through the entire hire lifecycle independently while managing multiple concurrent tasks and shifting deadlines.
- Licensing & Eligibility: Must hold a current unrestricted Driver’s Licence and have valid Australian working rights.
- Safety Mindset: Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards, PPE compliance, and maintaining safe work practices at all times.
- Customer-Centric & Solution-Focused: Exceptional communication skills with a confident, proactive approach to troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement.
