We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12 months contract with option to extend on a high-visibility digital /IT transformation program. If you have a background in manufacturing, transportation, or mining and enjoy solving complex integration challenges, this is the role for you. We need a proactive, versatile individual who can navigate unstructured environments to elicit requirements, design solutions, and facilitate the seamless integration of our application ecosystem. You will be required to perform the following:
- Strategy & Value: Develop robust business cases, perform cost-benefit analysis, and articulate strategic value to support high-stakes investment decisions.
- Leadership: Mentor junior analysts, influence BA governance frameworks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis methodologies.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Lead complex requirements workshops, drive consensus at an executive level, and bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives.
To be successful in this position, you must be a highly experienced Business Analyst who has worked on a variety of enterprise application projects, preferably in the manufacturing, mining, industrial or transportation industries.
