You will manage end-to-end event logistics, including participant invitations, RSVP tracking, VIP schedule coordination, venue and catering arrangements, and travel bookings. In addition, you will coordinate the production of event merchandise, manage procurement processes in line with public sector guidelines, and draft ministerial minutes, proposals, and post-event evaluation reports.

National Police Clearance: A valid, current National Police Clearance is mandatory prior to commencement.
Event Coordination Expertise: Experience in planning and delivering corporate exhibitions, major industry events, or trade shows to tight deadlines.
Sponsorship & Logistics Administration: Solid practical understanding of corporate sponsorship delivery, benefit tracking, venue coordination, catering, and merchandise procurement.

Mandatory Qualifications & Licences: Tertiary qualifications in Event Management, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical workplace experience). A current Class C Driver's Licence and willingness to undertake occasional travel and out-of-hours work as required.
What you'll get in return
This is an 8-month agency contract offering direct involvement in high-profile industry events and exhibitions at an ASO5 level. You will work within a collaborative team environment in a central CBD location while expanding your public sector project portfolio.
