About the Role & Project
An opportunity exists for a Digital Content Implementation Officer to support a 6-month project delivering a major government brand roll-out. This role focuses on auditing, updating, and publishing digital assets, web pages, and corporate documentation in line with updated brand and accessibility standards.
Working alongside the central Communications branch and operational business units, the position is responsible for processing approximately 5,000 digital materials, maintaining brand consistency, and tracking project deliverable.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Execution: Apply updated brand guidelines systematically across corporate documents, templates (Word, PowerPoint), fillable PDF forms, and digital assets. Maintain a project register to monitor progress.
Web & Systems Administration: Edit, publish, and maintain web content using Squiz CMS, and structure document repositories within SharePoint.
Form Conversion & Compliance: Update fillable PDF forms to ensure technical functionality, brand compliance, and alignment with digital accessibility standards.
Quality Control: Perform systematic pre- and post-publication reviews to resolve broken links, correct formatting errors, and decommission legacy branded assets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal departments to sequence updates, secure content sign-offs, and deliver scheduled progress reports.
Key Capabilities & Requirements
Technical Systems: Proven experience managing web content via a CMS (Squiz Matrix preferred) and handling document workflows in SharePoint.
Document & PDF Formatting: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editing software (Adobe Acrobat).
Brand Governance: Demonstrated background applying corporate style guides or executing large document re-brands.
Quality & Accuracy: Strong attention to detail, systematic organisational skills, and knowledge of web accessibility standards.
Compliance: A current National Police Clearance is required. Prior experience in a public sector environment is advantageous.
