We are looking for a reliable, energetic Tree Labourer to join the crew keeping North Sydney’s street trees and parks looking incredible. If you enjoy physical work, love trees, and want to work with a team that has your back, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
No two days are exactly the same, but your main tasks will include:
Helping out with pruning, maintenance, and tree removals using industry best practices.
Assisting the team in spotting bugs, diseases, and checking on the health of our local trees.
Helping manage traffic, setting up signage, and keeping the public safe while we work.
Safely operating machinery and tools, keeping the worksite tidy, and making sure the gear is well-maintained.
Following instructions from your Team Leader, keeping simple records (like timesheets)
What We’re Looking For:

The Must-Haves:
Proven experience in arboriculture practices (especially pruning and tree removal).
A current Class C Driver’s Licence.
A great attitude, clear communication, and the ability to work smoothly in a team.
