- Great Pay: $36 – $42/hr + super + penalties.
- Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday shifts; finish your day by the afternoon.

- Physical stamina (the ability to lift 30kg and walk 15+ km daily).
- Reliable transport from 4:00 AM – 5:30 AM starts as sites are located away from public transport.
- Availability for depots in Eastern Creek, Greenacre, or Mascot.
- A clean record (must pass drug/alcohol test & police check).
- Be able to carry out your duties safely
