Join the Corridor Management team to provide high-level administrative support to engineering, professional, and leadership teams. You’ll manage daily workflows, maintain information systems, and ensure seamless service delivery while adhering to legislative and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering & Leadership Support: Coordinate meetings, take minutes, prepare documents/reports, manage schedules, and assist functional leads across HR, Finance, and Business Systems.
• Permits & Application Admin: Process and track Traffic Control Permits, Road Corridor Permits, Development Applications, and Property Searches.
• Systems & Data Management: Utilize software including eDAM, DMS, GIS, internal tracking systems, and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate spreadsheets, registers, and records.
• Stakeholder & Customer Service: Act as a key contact point for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with discretion, tact, and confidentiality.
• Compliance & Workflow: Prioritize task deadlines while ensuring compliance with WHS, departmental policies, and governance standards.
