Key Responsibilities
Provide high-standard clinical care, health assessments, and care planning for residents.
Manage medication administration, wound care, and complex clinical needs.
Mentor and supervise Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) on shift.
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation using electronic care systems.
Respond effectively to clinical changes, incidents, and care escalations.
Essential Criteria (Must Have)
AHPRA Registration: Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Aged Care Experience: Proven experience as an RN within an Australian residential aged care setting.
Australian Work Rights: Full, unrestricted Australian working rights. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.
Flexible Availability: Must be available and flexible across AM, PM, and Night shifts (ND), including rotating weekend work.
Shift Commitment: Available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week for Part-Time or 5 shifts per week for Full-Time.
Compliance: Current National Police Check (or NDIS Worker Screening) and up-to-date immunisations.
