๐ Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care and health assessments.
Administer medications safely and manage clinical documentation.
Develop, review, and update individualized care plans.
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers (PCWs) during your shifts.
๐ฏ Requirements:
AHPRA Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
Local Experience: Proven experience working as an RN within the Australian healthcare/aged care sector.
Availability: Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week across a 24/7 rotating roster.
Work Rights: Full, unrestricted Australian working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
