Key Responsibilities:

• Assist applicants with general enquiries regarding their application

• Review incoming applications to identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information.

• Proactively contact applicants via phone and email to clarify details and request supporting documentation.

• Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping across Departmental systems.

• Deliver high quality, professional customer service to diverse audiences and key stakeholders.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be considered for this role within the Federal Government, you must meet the following criteria:

• Australian Citizenship: You must be an Australian Citizen (Permanent Residents and Visa holders are not eligible).

• Security Clearance: Hold a minimum of an active Baseline Security Clearance, or have the ability to obtain

• Availability: Full time availability to work standard business hours, Monday to Friday, on a long term basis.

• Great Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage effectively over the phone.

• Detail Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail when identifying missing information in complex forms.

• Tech Savvy: Solid computer literacy and comfortable navigating administrative databases.
