Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and support an administrative team of up to 5 employees

• Operational & Systems Management: Act as the internal expert for our Freight Management System (FMS)

• Invoicing & Driver Pays: Oversee the accuracy of invoice runs, resolve billing queries and manage driver time processing

• Compliance & Driver Oversight: Audit driver run sheets for fatigue compliance, check timesheets, track PODs, and coordinate pallet reconciliations.

• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure rapid resolution of client queries and handling escalations

• General Office Administration

What We Are Looking For

• Transport Experience (Essential): Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced transport or logistics environment.

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing, training, or developing administrative personnel.

• Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency in Freight Management Systems (FMS) and MS Office Suite.

• Analytical Mindset: High level of literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail when auditing paperwork and performance metrics.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
