A leading global retail company is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Administrator to join the team in Mascot for a 3-month tempoary position.
This is a fantastic entry-level or step-up opportunity for a junior coordinator or an experienced retail team member looking to transition into a corporate workforce management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review store rosters to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Accurately enter contract patterns, schedules, and shift changes into the database.
- Assist the broader workforce planning team with daily administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or an administrative role (retail team leaders, department managers, workforce administrator, or store supervisors looking for an office-based step are strongly encouraged to apply!).
- Prior experience with Kronos or a similar rostering platform is highly regarded (though training on specific workflows will be provided).
- Excellent data entry accuracy and a sharp eye for spotting roster discrepancies.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams.
