As a Lifeguard, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for all patrons. You'll help ensure visitor safety, promote positive aquatic experiences, and make a meaningful contribution to the community. If you're energetic, customer-focused and enjoy working with people, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference.
This opportunity is open to individuals aged 16 years and above who can obtain their pool lifeguard qualifications. The role includes:

The role
Randstad is currently seeking entry-level and experienced lifeguards for the upcoming pool season from October 2026 – April 2027 at Waterworld. With three pools and three waterslides, Waterworld welcomes patrons of all ages and abilities through a range of aquatic programs, events and activities. As a Lifeguard, you'll help create a safe, enjoyable environment for visitors while delivering excellent customer service and promoting water safety.
