Warehouse Team Leader – Permanent Opportunity

• Company: Plastic Manufacturer and distributor (Family-owned and operated business)
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM start (8-hour days) with an early finish on Friday
• Pay Rate: From $38 per hour

A Plastic Manufacturer and distributor in Wacol is seeking an experienced, results-driven Permanent Warehouse Team Leader to join their team.
This is a long-term opportunity within a well-established business where you will lead a dedicated team and help shape warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and support a warehouse team of 5.
• Implement and optimize warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Drive operational results with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role.
• Valid forklift ticket.
• Strong initiative and a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Open Manual drivers licence highly regarded.
