Warehouse Team Leader - Randstad
Location:Erskine park, NSW
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per annum + super

Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee daily distribution center operations by supervising and coaching storepersons, managing key 3PL client accounts to consistently meet SLAs, maintaining 100% inventory accuracy in INFOR/Paperless WMS, executing inbound and outbound turnarounds within 2 days, and enforcing safe work practices across all site activities.Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, DC, or 3PL environment
- Strong proficiency in WMS software (INFOR, Paperless, or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Current Forklift License (LF) highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with strong numerical and commercial acumen
- Empathetic leadership style with a proven track record of coaching and motivating teams
