We are currently seeking a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Forklift Operators to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Cairns. If you have a strong work ethic, a current forklift ticket, and a hands-on approach to your work, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and shifting freight around the warehouse.
- Order Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
- Manual Handling: Perform safe and effective manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and moving stock by hand when required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organised, and compliant with all workplace health and safety standards.
What You Need to Succeed
- Local Resident: You must be locally based in Cairns, QLD.
- Valid License: A current High Risk Work (HRW) Forklift License is strictly required.
- Transport: You must have your own reliable transport to get to and from the warehouse.
- Working Rights: Must have full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
- Safety Compliance: Must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to comfortably perform physical, manual handling tasks throughout your shift.
